Prof. José Otávio Costa Auler Junior


Position: Director of FMUSP (Jan/2015 until Oct/2018). He is currently the President of FMUSP's Congregation (since Oct/2014), FMUSP's Hospital das Clínicas Deliberative Council (since Oct/2014), Cancer Institute of the State of São Paulo Consultative Council (since Jan/2015), USP Medical School Foundation Trustee and Advisory Council (since Oct/2014), Pró-Sangue Foundation Trustee Council (since Oct/2014) and member of Zerbini Foundation Trustee Council (since Feb/2011). He was coordinator of the Graduate Program in Anesthesiology, Surgical Sciences and Perioperative Medicine of FMUSP (Nov/2017 until Oct/2019). Vice coordinator of the Professional Master Degree program in Technological Innovation and Perioperative Care Processes at FMUSP (since Nov/2019). He also coordinates activities in Anesthesiology at Hospital das Clínicas Complex and in Surgical Intensive Care at FMUSP Hospital das Clínicas Heart Institute, Cancer Institute and Central Institute Anesthesia ICU. Member of World Health Summit Executive Committee, held in Berlin.
